In Taiji, Japan, the annual killing of the dolphin and porpoises takes place between October and April, with more than 20,000 creatures slaughtered. The dolphin drive takes place in Taiji and Futo during which thousands of dolphins are brutally killed while a few lucky ones are captured for lives in captivity.
