Stop 60's-type discrimination in the work place!!
Employment Laws are strong, but not strong enough. My daughter, your daughter, possibly, your sister, your aunt, your mother are still living in a society where women are discriminated against. Laws need to be stricter and language more concise. If a company is aware of discrimination in the work place and they do nothing about it, then stricter punishments need to prevail!!! Please help!!
