Lift The FSA Waiver NOW
This is a petition to lift the FSA waiver that has been given to the Banks allowing them to freeze the Bank Charge refund claims, I believe that the waiver is unfair to claimants as the banks are stiil charging extortionate amounts for returned/unpaid item fee's.
I believe the waiver should be lifted and customers of the banks should be allowed to reclaim the money that has wrongfully been taken from them, My self included.
This petition will be forwarded to the FSA intime for the special case management meeting on the 22 May
it's estimated there are already over 750,000 people with cases on hold either in the courts already or in the prelimenary stages.
