My father was forced to pay for me and my sister and he was very much in our lives and he still is. Currently he still owes for no reason. Its time for a change. For everyone who is suffering trying to take care of their children. Lets bann together and get this legislation change so that everyone will be treated equally. |

Ron Huddleston | The term 'Dead Beat Dads’ is applied to any father, who is involved a struggle where child support is in question, and family courts do all they can to punish the vary potential of a man being or being a ‘Dead Beat Dad.’ However, there is no term that strikes the Courts’ righteous indignations against women who use child support as pay checks and who use children as pawn. Courts don’t act with the same force against these mothers because Family Laws and Courts are out dated. |

Lee Haig | i totally agree, my ex has used my son as a cash cow from day one, not at any stage have i shirked my responsibility to him be it financially or emotionally, i would spend every waking second with him if i could but the law is all geared up for the mother not matter what her ability)inability,they want the share of the spoils when cash is involved but no way as a father can you ask for more time with your child, define sexism think i just did.
