New Fence Needed!

My neighbor's next door are in much need of a new fence. They lost their daughter to breast cancer recently and have taken in her dogs. The one dog keeps getting out because the fence is to short. They are to old to be chasing him. They really dont want to find him a new home, they feel he has been though enough with their recent loss. If he is outside he has to be chained up and they really dont like doing that. They would be so thankful to get a new fence. They have always been there for us so this is our way of returning the favor.
