| Clare Barber | After watching half of Kill it,skin it,wear it...(i couldn't watch the whole thing as it traumatised me)I was horrified by what happens to these poor animals.Every person that buys and wears fur should be MADE to watch that documentry.I would be very shocked if nobody cared about what goes on and carried on wearing fur. Most of the animals were skinned alive,picked up by the back legs and have their heads smacked on the ground.If that didn't kill them,the barbarians would then stand on their heads and crush them. I couldn't sleep last night and felt physically sick. This needs to stop,theres really no need. Faux fur looks just as good.People need to be more aware but the sad fact is that most people turn a blind eye. | |
| Laura Dunn | Humans are not superior to animals as they may think, so that gives them no right to kill them. Yes, there may have been a need to wear fur when humans were at their most primitive stages, but now it is not necessary AT ALL. It's pointless and this practice should be recognised as MURDER. That's what it is, however you want to dress it up. I don't see how killing an animal which has spent its life in a cage is any less serious than slaughtering a human. Animals have feelings and emotions as complex as ours and don't deserve to be treated like this. | |
