Ban the imprisonment of captive dolphins at Marineland! Napier's Marineland has been exploiting Marine Mammals since 29 January 1965. No dolphins shall be subjected to detention or exile, held in slavery or servitude: subjected to misfortune or inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. Every dolphin needs the right to freedom of movement and residence in the sea and the right to return to its home territory.
